FORENSIC SERVICES
Dr. Wagner has been providing Forensic Psychology services to clients since 1995. She has contracted individually with parents, attorneys, and county agencies in addition to court stipulated orders written by Family Court Judges. Her areas of expertise include:

Appointments
Weekend and evening appointments are available to Forensic clients. Conference calls with attorneys, recommendations to the court, and court testimony are provided as needed. Home visits are sometimes utilized in order to further enhance the understanding of specific concerns. Home visits and long distance travel can be arranged in situations regarding parental relocation concerns. Video and audio taping is also available.Memberships and Accreditations
Dr. Wagner is a member of the American Psychological Association (Division 42), the Arizona Psychological Association, the Association for Family and Conciliation Courts, the Arizona Association for Family and Conciliation Courts, and the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers. Additional local professional memberships include the Scottsdale Psychological Society, and the Children’s Services Network.Dr. Wagner has attended local and national trainings for forensic psychologists and is an active participant. She is well versed in current trends in assessment, standards of care, Arizona parenting plans and ethics requirements.
Service Fees & Agreements
The Forensic Services provided are typically court ordered and fees are paid by the clients without the use of insurance reimbursement. Dr. Wagner is on the family court roster for Maricopa County. Treatment that is court or Forensic recommended, but not court stipulated, is considered Forensic Services.Forensic Services fees and Service Agreements will be provided to clients and attorneys upon request. Paid retainers and signed service agreements are required prior to scheduling services. Retainers may be paid via check, cash or via any major credit card.
